Hey Uncut, I'm seriously thinking about that for my P99s as well as going with the AAC Evolution 9 can, shown below:

Where did you get the barrel and thread protector, how much $ was it, and do you know what threading it is? I'm guessing Earl's, but I'm always looking for alternative sources if available.
