P38 5.6mm Conversion Kit

I have come into possession of a P38 conversion kit to 5.6mm (22lr). It is completely in German. Has the P38 Slide, 5.6mm Barrel, Walther 5.6mm magazine, original test target (in German) & The box. Everything looks new. Who can help me with this? I cannot find values, rarity, etc.I have attached photo's to help.
