byf P.38s with AC 43-44 frames and cyq P.38s with FN frames ; also ac P.38's with FN frames are occasionally available. These are all end-of-wars guns assembled by the three factories with parts supplied by FN before they were closed. These guns are valued much higher than a conventional matching number pistol, due, I suppose that there are very few of them. On the other hnad, we have been convinced for years that 'matching 3's) etc is the gold standard. Do ther guns warrant a huge valuation or are they merely end-of-was parts guns?
