I am going to get the Q5 Match. Here comes the dumb question part...is the Q5 Match a PPQ M2? Meaning, if I need mags I can buy mags that say PPQ M2. Even here, there is no Q5 Match forum. Is that because it is a variant of the PPQ M2? If I buy a holster designed for 9mm PPQ M2, will the Q5 Match fit? I know the addition of the optic might make a difference, but an optic free Q5 and an optic free PPQ M2....same holster?

Yep, a Q5 is a M2 and uses the same mags. As far as I know, the same holsters should work for both....as long as the holster is made/cut to accept an optic.

I refer to him here as "IAOF", but doubtless, if I were in front of the man, I'd refer to him as sir or mister.

OK.....I have to admit....I dress like Bozo the Clown. I fit right in at the local Walmart. I walk into Walmart, take a look around at the people and wonder to myself if the circus is in town.
