I am thinking about getting a P990 QA 9mm. Anything I should know about before I buy

The P990 is a DAO gun, the P99 QA is a different gun. Be sure you're buying what you want.

yeah I know the difference. It think being able to use sao or dao is cool

P99....... DA/SA
P99/QA.. partially precocked like a Glock - all models
P99/AS...DA/SA post - 2004 open rail
P99/DAO.DAO post - 2004 open rail

On the QA you can not select DA or SA.... it is same triggerpull every time
on the DA/SA if you want to shoot DAO you need to decock after every shot...

Just wanting to be sure because there is no such thing as a P990 QA and neither the P990 or the P99 QA allow you to chose between double and single action modes.
