I ordered a new P99 recoil assembly/guide rod as a spare. The new one is shown below with what looks like a white neoprene tip instead of all black like the original. It still bows about the same.

I just recieved my new R.G.A.today for my 40,what I noticed was the new one had less coils on the spring.I had to buy the R.G.A. and mag springs from Walther,Wolff dosn't make anything for the P-99s.Also installed a red Hi Viz sight yesterday,had a nice practice today with it

How do you like that HiViz sight? was looking at them at a shop the other day and thinking about giving it a try.

Just got back from a USPSA match,the Hi Viz sight is a little larger then what i would have liked.The close targets weren't a problem,the farther out [15yds+] targets were.I just need time to get used to the new sight..
