It was time to take my Navy Q back to the range for some fun and proficiency.

I just love this weapon. Compared to my Q45 it seems like a compact model more like my P99c. I love the 124 rounds and the SpringCo RSA. The Q doesn't seem to move from target.

Combine that with the TFX sights and one has a great combat weapon that may be used in any situation.

I shot rapid fire two and three round strings today at 25 to 55 feet again from my Wright Regulator holster. The Navy Q was flawless today through the 150 rounds of GECO 124 GECO fmj and 16 rounds of Speer 124 Gold Dot.

I wish the range would get more SEB targets...I miss them. They are the best for proficiency training. Guess I'll need to order a 100 pack.

I don't use the threaded barrel on my duty weapon.
It is a 2013 (BD) Navy Q Tactical built during the transition between the Classic and the M2. You won't see very many of them :)
