For me the factory grips are not to large, they really fit my hands well. One of the first things I done was take off the mag well.

I actually really like the PDP grip with the medium backstrap. I wish someone made a pair of thin grips for the Q4 SF that has the backstrap swell but just thinner on the sides. I haven't tried the LOK or Walther thin grips yet, but have a feeling that they might be too small with the straight backstrap.
