Well, I finally broke down and got a handgun.  I'd lake to thank everyone who posts on this, and a few other sites for leading me to my choice.  I'll upload a picture for ya'll to check out.  

So far, I've only been able to put 50 rounds through it, so it isn't anywhere near broken in, but it's already feels better than the CZ 75,  SA XD and Glock 19 I was also considering.   If there were a 24 hour range around here, I'd still be at it.

I do have a question, though.  Do all the magazines from Mecgar seem so stiff at first?  It feels almost like I'm forcing the 10th round into place.  Does this get better as the spring seats?

Apparently the spring does ease up if you leave it fully loaded for a couple of days.
How do you find the QA trigger? Is it a long pull?

OK, I put about 300 more rouds through it today.  Trigger is starting to smooth out nicely and the magazine springs are starting to settle down.

Overall, I greatly prefer the QA.    It's a very short, very, very quick trigger.  At 21 feet, I can put 11 rounds into a 6" target in just under 5 seconds, and the last round feels just like the first.

I'm really starting to like this gun.

I liked my .40 QA so much that I got a 9mm QA to keep it company.
