Few questions. What does "NDS" stand for? Also, I've read that the serial numbers do not go below 100000. Is this true? Because mine is a few thousand short of that. The trigger has a faint number on it as well. Any info is greatly appreciated.

The [Nds] mark stands for "Niedersachsen", the German state of Lower Saxony, which means it was a police gun in that state. If yours is a few thousand short of 100,000, that would make it a 1960, 61-ish, assuming it's a 7.65. See list:
