Hey all, I recently got a P99. It is an all German 9mm sa/da. I was wondering if the sa/da was the same as the Anti Stress model?? It seems to have a long trigger pull like I've heard the AS has. I'm not sure if they just labeled it differently or what the deal is. Any input would be great.

The traditional double action like the one you have (and me) is the AS.

I think it's the greatest thing in striker fired since sliced bread.

BTW, all P99 9mm's are 100% German manufacture, although some have different importer markings.  A small quantity of the P99 .40's made a few years ago had slides made by S&W, but now they are also all 100% German manufacture.  Basically, any component (frame, slide, barrel) that has German proofmarks (eagle over an "N") is manufactured and proofed in Germany.  Click on this popular link for everything you need to know about the P99:  Walther P99 FAQ
