Just wondering if anyone has, planned to, or will be modifying the P99's rail to be universal? It's crossed my mind to do so, as it seems that lights/lasers/etc are cheaper from third parties.

If you click the pic of the pistol it'll come up larger. Note the lack of a block on the front of the frame for the rail, and it's a bit more \_/ shaped.
$790 for a SW99...baaaahhh-hahahahahahahah!

Do they sell attachments that have a standard rail that secure to the P99's accessory rail? i.e., a device that you put on the P99's rails to allow it to hold standard accessories?

the USP."

GG&G Tactical Acc

They make these:
USP M3 Rail Adapters

Apparently, they are going to make them for the P99.

FWIW, it would be cheaper to buy the Laser Devices Tac/Laser system than to buy the GG&G adapter PLUS the M3 Tactical light.

James
