1. Yes it is made in Germany.
2. The $300 extra comes from being Laser engraved/special edition/special leather bound case/Walther history video/etc. etc. etc.
3. Yes, the Millenium is a collectors item and will retain more value if not shot.
Just curious, how much did they want?
