While shooting last week, I got a smokestack in my Manurhin .32ACP PPK, and noticed that the extractor, and the spring behind it, had jumped out. I got it on the ground, put it back in, and fired another few rounds, without any problems. I also noticed that the loaded chamber indicator stopped functioning.

This happened after firing about 150 rounds of 73gr practice ammo, that has never given me any trouble. In that shooting session I shot some rapid firing exercises with magazine changes, which means that I usually fire 22 rounds in a probably under 10 seconds.

I put around 1000 rounds now through the PPK, and this is the first problem, which is worrying because this is my only firearm in a one firearm only country.

Any ideas what could have caused this?
