I was talking to a rep from Crimson Trace.
It seems they are thinking about making a sight for our P99s.
Looks like the more inquiries they get about it, the faster it will be produced.
Sounds like they might incorporate int in the backstrap.
If anyone else is interested, I suggest you put a request in on their future request page. http://www.crimsontrace.com/default.asp?id=501&a=future
I'd buy a Crimson Trace Lasergrip for my P99c/AS or P99/AS in a heartbeat..
It would make all three of my favorite cc firearms CT equipped..
All P99 folks who have an interest in a quality laser should go over to the Crimson Trace website www.crimsontrace.com and fill out the form "requesting new models"....
Why can't Walther listen to us and build a laser for my P99 that looks good and fits EXACTLY like my sons Walther P22 with a Walther Laser? It only cost 100 bucks!!!
I went on their forum and inquired about the P99. Below is a link to the thread. It has a pic of what the sight looks like on the new S&W M&P. It would probably look similar on the P99. http://forums.crimsontrace.com/index.php?topic=33299.0
Again, the more people show interest, the more likekly we will see it for the P99.
I would much prefer a Crimson Trace laser over a rail laser. Much less bulky and fit's your holster.
