Had a minor,problem with a Null,holster. Called Ken sent it in and he fixed it immediately and returned it. On top of great service he also reimbursed me for,the shipping amount (I did not,ask or even expect this).I Wow,that is beyond what any other manufacturer has done. A great product and even better owner/person. A reall class act!
