Yes, I currently use a Jarvis Custom P99 9mm threaded barrel and really love it. It was expensive however... expect to pay about $250 for the barrel. As far as whether or not it was "worth it"... hmmm, hard to say. $250 is a lot for a barrel, but ultimately, we P99 affeciandos don't have much of a choice.
Unless you can secure an actual Walther threaded barrel, I'd go with Jarvis. The quality/accuracy is amazing. Just two things to keep in mind with Jarvis:
1) It will take them 2-3 times longer than they say for you to get the barrel. I ordered a .40 P99 threaded barrel in late summer and they are just now getting around to finishing it this month. Walther barrels in particular seem to spend more then their fair share of time on the back burner. Still, it is definately worth the wait. And there is always a chance they may still have 9mm barrels left over from the last batch. Call and see.
2) Jarvis barrels tend to be a little tight at first and MUST be broken in before adding a suppressor (if that is what you had in mind) or they won't cycle. This means putting about 200 rounds through it without attachments. Once you do this though, it will function flawlessly.

In the above post I assumed you were interested in a Jarvis for the threading option. Was this the case, or are you simply interested in a more accurate match grade barrel? If so, Jarvis is definately one of the best.
99c Threaded Barrel?
Has anyone gotten a threaded barrel for a 99c? I would be interested seeing a pic of a 99 threaded barrel on a 99c if anyone has one. I have seen many examples of the 99 threaded barrel but nothing made specifically for the compact.

All Jarvis barrels I've seen are drop-in, but they might make both types.

My first thought on threading a P99c would be to buy a stock P99 full size barrel and have my local machine shop thread it. Anyone know if this would work??? May be a cheap alternative.

Yea, there is only a .5 inch difference between the two barrels. That's a little bit too close. I am wondering if Jarvis or someone couldn't create a P99C threaded barrel on the spot in the next batch without too much trouble. The reason I think it might be possible is that when you specify "threaded" they automatically add the nesc. length to your barrel. Perhaps if the OP talked to them about what he had in mind, they could add a little less/the appropriate amount to make it a P99C threaded barrel. Worth a call anyhow.

I was shocked!!
Recently acquired a Jarvis barrel. I'm normally all over a Shoot-N-C at 20 yards. Once I installed the Jarvis, The 10 ring disappeared!! I was skeptical, but I'm now a believer.

I bought mine lightly used through an auction. It dropped in perfectly, but after firing 200 rounds, a few burrs appeared on the feed ramp. Its nothing I can't fix with a fine file and a buffing wheel. Ammo was Wal-Mart white box.

Just an update on the burr cleanup---I brought out the trusty dremel and attached a cut-off wheel. I don't have a work shop at the moment, so I placed the butt of the tool on the floor and laid the grip against the open dremel case while holding it down with my left hand.
This turned out to be plenty steady for the task at hand and provided about a thirty degree angle which made it easy to see my work, but I'll admit clamping the dremel to a bench would have been better. Next I turned the tool on at about half speed and GENTLY placed the damaged ramp end against the FACE of the cut-off wheel, using it like a grinder. Extra caution was used to keep the ramp parallel to the wheel face.
I probably took less than a millimeter of material off the feed ramp. Reinstalling the barrel and racking the slide several times showed no evidence of unwanted contact, so I removed the barrel and polished the ramp and freshly ground surface with the dremel's buffing wheel and Mother's chrome polishing compound.....
