Jarvis Barrel
Ordered a drop-in jarvis barrel for my Q5. When i recieved it ,shot 100 rds through it but wasn't happy with results. Contacted Jarvis and explained the problem i was having. He insisted he wanted me to be satified,told me to ship barrel back with my slide included and he would make me another barrel and he would fit it personally. I was very impressed with the customer service. Received the new fitted barrel and all I can say is WOW!!!!. The accuracy was incredible. Any shots from 3 to 10 yards were in 3/4 in groups ,15 to 25 yard groups were no greater than 1 1/2 in groups.This was with FMJ ammo, with expensive 125 hollow points I could get 15 yd shots to less than an 1 in groups.Sot over 500 rds with no malfunctions. If you want accuracy get a fitted Jarvis barrel.

Stock barrel would shoot 1 1/2 to 3 in groups at 25yds , didnt like the inconsistency of the groups .Tried a Jarvis drop-in barrel , it wasn't any better than the stock barrel. That is when Jarvis stepped up and said he wanted me to be satified, i understood that a Drop-in barrel wasn't going to be perfect because it had to be made looser to fit a standard Q5 slide without being custom fitted. But Jarvis wanted to make me happy and he did. I recommend a custom fitted barrel for the most accuracy. When shooting a competition an inch either left one way or an inch right the other way could be out of the A zone costing you points. I like for the gun to hit where i shot call it . then its my fault for missing not the guns.
