I don't know if you're going to find other holsters that are hybrids with full kydex protection for the trigger. You may look at the Clinger No-Print Wonder for something similar, or better yet, find a traditional all-kydex holster that works for you. If comfort is still an issue, adding a layer of swede to the back is a possible fix.

Keep in mind that holsters for a 5" PPQ will fit your Navy.
