I have a police surplus P5 that is in really nice shape, and is very accurate. One issue--the ejector is not tight in place like with 1911's and other pistols I've had with light finger pressure, it can move back and forth a tiny bit. Is this normal?

the same with my P5. I think it's quite normal (unless other forum members have different experiences / opinions ?)

I checked in with Earl's on this, too. He said it was normal, and to change out the recoil springs every 5000 rounds to keep it from getting battered.
