I just picked up a mid-90s US-Made PPK in stainless and want to find some new grips for it. It's the Ranger/Interarms version, not S&W. I noticed there appear to be different grips to fit various eras of PPK pistols... which ones fit mine? Do they specifically have to say for the Ranger PPK or do other era grips also work? Thanks in advance.

My Nills grips won't fit S&W or Ft. Smith guns. I think they'll fit German guns, too. Very well fitted and feel good in the hand.

Your pistol will fit the same grips as the German or French guns. Plenty of them on eBay.

One caveat; replacement wooden grips won't be as slim as the OEM plastic.
The Interarms/Ranger guns are nice pistols.

That's for sure. I've got a P5 and P38 with wood grips and they're much thicker. Not uncomfortably so for me but definitely noticeable. I've also noted that they look slimmer in photos than they actually are.

Another thing with Nills grips is that the flat based mags have to be seated with your thumb pressure because the grips are longer at the bottom. Not a major problem, just something to be aware of.
