Guy's I've tried everything I can think of to fix this (gun) but in my opinion it's a lost cause

The problem is the slide wont stay back after the last round fired

 What the #### am i supposed to do? PLEASE HELP!!!! And yes I've read some if not all of the post's here about this problem but still cannot figure it out
