After comming back from the range the other day, I have noticed a build up of brass on the side of the slide, and on the back of the slide where the firing pin hole is.

Ive ALWAYS cleaned my gun after range time.

Any way to get this brass off?

Solvent and a toothbrush usually do it for me. If it is really stubborn I put a dab of JB Bore cleaner on the brush - but just a dab!

dab? = very very little!

Hoppe's No. 9 on a Q-tip removes brass wash. You might have to let it soak a minute or two, but it comes off.
