Picked up this cool laser/light combo. Has the Walther logo, made by Laser Devices (now Steiner Optics). Called the ‘BLAST’. Never seen one listed for sale, have no idea how rare they are? Made early 2000’s most likely.

I’ve heard of the BA-5 and Ba-6 units, but hopefully someone here will know! Thanks

They're fairly rare. I've maybe seen them pop up for sale once every two or three years.

They are rare.

But I believe this uses an incandescent bulb for the flashlight, which I'd imagine is probably impossible to get a replacement bulb for, so, I'd suggest never actually using the flashlight. Weapon lights that used incandescent bulbs had a habit of blowing the bulb out prematurely if the light was on and it suffered an impact.

I had someone reach out one one of my WTB ads on another forum with one of these. I'm holding out for a BA-5 or BA-6, but are these worth "collecting"?
