All ten-shot groups fired at 25 yards with CCI solids:
My '67 PP: 2.5" high, both a '72 and '76 PPK/S: 5.5" high, and my PPK/L, 4" high.
Is it just the ammo Walther chose to regulate the guns with is different?
CCI Standard shoots a bit lower than the solid Mini Mags, but not much difference. Just curious.

Hi Johnny,

Walther proofed their guns on 15m (~13,7 yards). Ballistic and men (or women) eye(s) are the keywords ;). To find the 'real' ammo is a gun and shooter specific question.

My fault... I should have prefaced my posting with the fact that the guns I mentioned are all .22lr.

My .22's shoot pretty much point of aim at 15 yards in. Try different ammo ... that will affect POI considerably.

Also make sure you are holding the gun firmly and not flinching.

This past weekend, my little German ppks shot about 3 to 5 inches high at 25 yards using Mini Mags HV.

Unfortunately, I don鈥檛 have any other .22 to compare it to.
