I have a small/medium size hand, but I've worked out most my life so they look more like paws! I like a smaller grip and the smallest grip module on my 4"ppq is nice, but I'd really like even a smaller grip!

I removed the grip mod all together and really like that it was smaller. I love my grip on my P365...it reminds me of a minnie ppq.

Any aftermarket grip mods for our kickass M2 9mm?

None that I ‘m aware of. Have you tried the PPQ SC grip? I have small hands but found that I shoot much better with a rubber sleeve on the smallest grip insert. I have also found that the PPQ SC shoots just as accurately as it’s bigger brother. It also comes with a sleeve allowing you to use 15 round mags. You could try getting your hands on a spare grip insert and shave it down, then fill the void with epoxy and cover with a rubber grip sleeve.

You're most likely looking at taking a dremel to it to reduce the grip and then stipple it.
