695 Views 8 Replies 5 Participants Last post by  halfmoonclip
I neede to buy some to do some function fire tests on several of these before I put them on the market. Does anybody have any input on readily available .25 ACP fodder that is known to be consistently reliable?

All of got here is some random European stuff that I don't recognize the stampings on.

I've got S&B in my ammo stash (to feed an '03 VestPocket), and it worked okay last time it was used.
S&B .32 has worked well.
What is a .25 TPH going for these days?

hahaha, I don't know really. I guess I will find out soon.

But yeah S&B would have been a first good trial by me.
Mine eats everything. I use Prvi Partizan most of the time.

Between limited demand, and aggravation (a late buddy compared reloading .25s to picking fly poop out of black pepper), I've never loaded the stuff.
A .25 TPH is likely too rich for my blood, but a 950 Beretta may follow me home sometime.

I bet you will like the Beretta 950 halfmoonclip. It gets my vote for best 25 auto. The 22 short version isn't bad either.

Don't overlook the 21a Bobcat. It's my favorite tip up Beretta.

Actually, I've some history with the 950, and currently have two .22 shorts. One is the nickel specimen whose slide fell 100' into a river from a railroad bridge. Long story.
Used to have a .25 950 as an 'all the time', one of those guns I wish I'd kept. Headshot a copperhead with it.

Yessir, they're neat little guns with an interesting manual of arms.
