Gmail is a free email service provided by the good folks at Google.

The big thing about gmail is that they give you a ONE GIGABYTE mailbox.
That's a heckuvalot of mail.

Google decided to make it a little more difficult to get one of these though. You have to be "invited" to get one by someone who has one.

In the early days, few enough people had them that it was more tricky to get one. Now, almost everyone knows somebody with an address and an invite.

So... if you want one, use the email feature of the board to send me a note and make sure to tell me where you want your invite mailed to.

Before they started giving out 50 invites at a time you could get an invite off of ebay for 10$ a pop. By the way they have uped the space to 2 gigs
