Pictures of this PPK can be viewed in David S thread.
It is a 1968 German manufactured (actually french, of course) Walther PPK in 7.65mm caliber. The frame serial number has a "R" suffix.
My Walther book explains "L" suffix as light weight (alloy) frame version, and the "LR" suffix as .22 caliber version.
Anyone know what the "R" suffix indicates?
