Do Manhurin-marked and Walther marked PPK share the same serial number range?

Question in title, really - according to the serialnumber table, a Walther PPK 7,65 with serial 1089xx is made in 1954-56.
Will this also hold true if the gun is Manhurin-stamped ("Manufacture de Machines du Haut-Rhin, lic excl Walther etc)?

There's no difference between the models otherwise, right? Parts, magazines etc?

Thanks for your time.

Also correct. Walther/Manurhin changed the sights on both, PP and PPK, ~1968. Your picture shows the older design. Some people prefer the newer design, I personally shoot my (older) PPK regulary and it's OK.
