I purchased four SW99 magazines that CDNN has on sale for $22.99 to use in my Walther P99 .40 cal. In their catalog it says "10RD blue new factory original". I assumed the word blue meant blue followers but the mags that I received today are first generation mags with orange followers. Should I accept these or am I likley to have problems with them?

Those were the problem mags.

The description is very misleading and it sounds very intentional to the extend of being fraud, in the legal sense.
There is no color to the magazine bodies other than blue.

I would return them.

The color coding is different for S&W and Walther. The orange followers in the S&W's aren't the same as the problem orange followers with the Walthers.

Do they have the rectangular stamping adjacent to the area where the follower lifts the slide stop? Is the shape of the orange follower any different than the shape of the follower in your original mags?

The S&W mags do not have the rectangular stamping and the top of the S&W orange follower is not notched out like the Walther blue followers are.
