Hello I have a PPQ M2 .45 with a 4.85 SD teathered barrel can I change that barrel to a regular M2 4in barrel non teathered ?

Teathered barrel??? Do you mean a threaded barrel?

If so, you certainly could swap a non-threaded barrel for your threaded barrel with no issues as long as it is a 45 ACP barrel.

I do that with my 9mm Navy Q and my 9mm Q First Edition frequently. The Navy PPQ came with the non threaded barrel and I bought a Jarvis non threaded barrel for my QFE.

Has Walther made a threaded .45ACP barrel for the PPQ45? Did this come from the factory on a specific model, or was it offered as an accessory?

You have two options.....purchase a factory barrel from Walther, or purchase an aftermarket barrel from Jarvis. Or option three, send me your threaded barrel and I'll send you my unthreaded barrel.

I was only kidding, I'm not swapping barrels. You can get a non-threaded barrel from Walther or Jarvis.....then, you'll have both.
