Brand new PPQ 9mm firing Federal 115 gn. first 100 rds.

1. Appears that the shells are scuffing the ejection port as they leave. I've never had a pistol do that. I hope these are only surface marks however I haven't found a way to remove them. I don't want to use anything abrasive that might take off the slide finish.
2. Barrel is scuffed on the exterior indicating that it is rubbing. Again, not seen this with any of my other pistols on the first 100 rds. fired.
Yes, I did clean and lube the pistol per the manual before first firing.

Is this brass marking normal?
Is there a way to remove the marks?
Should I be concerned about the barrel scuffing off the finish?

Appreciate your help

Followup on Brass markings

I went to the range to look at the PPQ rental pistols and sure enough they also had the brass marks from ejecting shells. I was told that these were only surface and that I could remove the marks with cleaner. I used Flitz and a small polishing pad with a Dremel at low speed, it did the trick. It may be normal for the PPQ but I don't like the way it looks.
The barrel wear marks were also said to be "normal" but they will be watched to see if they get worse.
Still love my PPQ though!
