Thanks for the update on Jarvis! I'll have to give them a call/email to see what they say. Maybe they can start an "interested parties" list or tell me the number of barrels for a minimum run or something...

Update

Just spoke with somebody at Jarvis. They will be doing a round of .40 barrels "mid to late summer". It seems they are out of .40 barrels, including USP and Glock, and WILL include Walthers in that next broad batch of barrels. As for pricing, it will be the same as the others... $249 w/American threading. No mailing list option for notification... just have to keep checking back with them.
