there is a small circular pin right above the trigger, its between the break-down latch and the made in germany logo. after an afternoon of shootin that little pin starts to work its way out. i have to take a punch and set it back in the frame. now its not gonna fall out or anything, it only comes out about .5 cm or so. just woundering if this was a flaw or something someone else has had.

I am not a gunsmith but no pin should be departing from the pistol.  
I think the school solution would be to get a new pin, insert it and see if it comes out after shooting.

I have not it happen on any of mine yet. But like JennYe said. it should not drift out. That said, I have have roll pins drift out of two Sigs I have. Go figure.
