As I suspected. Even though is is a very early model with a good package, it is still a PP. It is the PPK that commands the biggest demand at this time.
Something I'd be concerned about on that pistol is the bottom back end of the trigger guard. It has a protruding dimple on the rear wing of the guard. The inside of that wing is countersunk for the guard plunger and very strong spring. Might have been drilled too deep and is thin in that area and the plunger is trying to push through. Never seen that dimple before on any Walther.
You would know what I'm talking about if you ever removed the guard assembly or looked at the parts schematics.
