Just curious if anyone here has ever detail stripped a P88? From the parts kit I have the piece almost look similar to a Beretta 92. I wanted to ask before attempting to detail strip and do a once over on the pistol.

I also wanted to know if the ejector is supposed to have any play in it. Seems like the entire assembly is all tied together with a single pin. Just doing final checks before attempting to shoot it. Please advise and let me know. Thank you!

Of course the ejector has play. It's spring-loaded in the frame.

We all have our limitations. Leave the gun alone. Do not try to detail strip it.

Okay that was merely the reason I wanted to see why that was. My other pistols have fixed ejectors so i was curious if this was normal.
