Hi,
It has been 35 years since I owned a pistol (Walther P38) and recently purchased a Walther P99 QA 40 Cal. I waited until today when I had a private lesson (novice pistol) at a local range with one of their instructors. The first 50 rounds with the instructor were OK but I was jittery. We took a short break and worked on the next box of 50. They felt so much better. I had relaxed. We used the target required to qualify for a concealed carry license. Every round was in 5 point area, maximum score area. He said when I am ready to take the class, I should have no problem qualifying.
I plan to spend more time getting aquainted with my P99.
It was a good day.
