Had a broken part. Email correspondence with Walther, showed them picture of the part. New part was in the mail and in my hand within a few days, free of charge. Part and shipping were $33.

Amazing service!

Some companies, cough cough rhymes with *bore-us* - could learn a thing or two.

Great to hear. I had a similar experience a couple years ago where I had a problem with the large back strap on my PPS. I emailed Walther customer support and the next business day I got an email saying the new part was already on the way and received it a few days later. :)
