I don't believe they are going to be available until March '08. With the way the 9mm is going the .40 may be even later.

ahhhhh!!! MARCH?!!! OH GREAT! At least i cant say "I'm suprised" about that. The 9mm in both FE and standard has been temperamental. I was hoping I'd get it for myself as a late Birthday present(October) then as a Christmas present, then a "New Year-New Begainings" present......well great....whats in march?!

Let's not hope it's not an "April Fool's Day" present...

Being an engineer, I generally don't buy "version 1" of anything, but I'm thinking I may make an exception for this. I made a similar exception for my Armalite AR-24 and that turned out to be a good move.
