I've never gone this long without a failure in an auto. It is absolutely amazing me. Anyone else experience this much reliability? Even with 115gr Winchester white box for the first 300 rounds. My G19 had a few fte's and ftf's by now.

By the way, I got the 12-pack of Shoot-N-C's and after I'm done with the 5" peel and stick targets, I use the little 1.5" round ones that are black until you shoot them then they turn green. Well, I place 10 of them on a used target and then try and hit them freehand from about 10 yards out. I usually get 7 or 8 out of 10. I would say that's pretty accurate for a service pistol.

I'm thinking about changing the sights to either taget or night sights, prefer to stay oem. Any experiences out there?

Like my meprolights just fine. Target sights are nice but it just depends on what you want to do primarily with the gun.

Pre '04 P99 Military 9mm.
I went 10k rounds before the slide stop spring broke, 30k before the rear sight dovetail cracked out (determined to have been mis-machined).
I've yet to have an actual feed/eject malfunction.
Mine has been 100% reliable, but only 95% durable.
