Today I had a representative at a local gun shop tell me there are 100% German made Walther PPKs in .380. He said they only make 1,000 or so of them each year, have tighter tolerances, and don't say "Walther Arms, Fort Smith AR..." on them. Rather, they just have an import mark. I can't find anything online about this, but he did direct me here:

Can anyone confirm this?

the picture gun at the link is a Fort Smith made gun.
Ulm has not produced PPKs or PPK/Ss in more than a decade

Who is making PP's for sale in Europe if they aren't made by Ulm? Or are there not new ones available for those countries?
