Surefire X300 or X400 w/PPQ
Would anyone being able to share some photos of the PPQ with either the X300 or X400 mounted on it? I haven't been able to find any here nor on the internet.
Also, any user comments on how they fit and work out on the PPQ would be greatly appreciated! Thank you. |

Or, how about one of the Viridian's .....C5L or X5L? Thanks. |

Thank you for taking the time to photogragh your PPQ with the X300 mounted. I really appreciate it! May I ask how you feel it works on the PPQ? Is it easy to put on and take off? Do you feel it causes any problems in use, such as failure to feed or eject, etc. Do you think the X400 would be the same experience? Thank you so much for your help! |

Got around to taking some pics today.
I like the size of the TLR3 but I really prefer the X300 for two reasons: - Fits flush against the trigger guard - Has momentary switch by pushing on the activator lever I did play around with all of the adapters for the TLR3 and none of them will make the light fit flush with the trigger guard. I was not into taking a dremel to the adapters to make it fit flush. I'll let someone else experiment with that. But the TLR3 is only $75 and the X300 is still $200+ ![]() Oh by the way, that's the new Walther 20 Round mag for the P99/PPQ ![]() James

That TLR-3 doesn't look like it could be moved any further rearward, even if the adapter was modified, as it looks like it would run out of room on the rail from that picture. I like my light to hit the trigger guard as well. I'd like to see that TLR-3 on a PPS if you have one available and it is possible. |

Thank you Extremist for posting your photos of the two lights. I was surprised that the TRL3 didn't fit better. Seeing these photos will be very beneficial for many who do not have a store nearby that stock these.
Thank you for doing this for us all. |

That's what the "stop" plug does on the mag, it stops you from over-inserting the mag and damaging the ejector. James
