0 round mags for Walther Q5 Match Steel Frame Pro?

Hello All
Live in New York State so 10 round mag limits.
Any chance Walther might offer 10 round mags that would fit the Q5 match steel frame pro?

Thanks

How about blocked OEM mags? What’s NYs policy on that?

Yes but...

I was thinking about the extended base plate mags needed to clear the

magazine well on the Pro grip :D

Doesn't the Q5 Match take PPQ M2 magazines? The M2 10-round factory magazines are 2796651. They're limited by dimples in the sides of the magazine body so different base plates or extensions don't increase the capacity.

Youíre correct on the M2 mags. The only caveat, based on my experiences here in CA, is if NY does not permit the sale of extensions, then his only choice is to run without the PRO magwell.

OP, you should look into your state and local laws. Iím actually curious what your experience is.

I know about the PPQ M2 mags...I was hoping someone might have a line on

an extended bumper pad so I can use them with the mag well on the Pro model
Thanks for your expertise

I think I found my solution...

Well
I found Walther sells extensions for the PPQ M2 magazine . They increase the capacity by 2 rounds but with a blocked magazine the capacity is still only 10 rounds so no problem in New York State!
This means the 10 round mags will clear the mag well on the Pro model. :D
Thanks for your input!

Jealous. Can't even buy the mag extensions in CA. It's a felony to even possess the extensions on a blocked mag. Lucky guy you are lol.

Hello,

If I buy the Q5 Match SF (NON Pro), will the PPQ M2 10 round Magazine Part#2796651 fit without any modification?

If I buy the Q5 Match SF (PRO), will the PPQ M2 10 round Magazine Part#2796651 fit just by removing the mag well?

Hello,
May I know the part# of the extension that allow the PPQ M2 10 round magazine to fit the Q5 Match SF PRO with the mag well ?
Also, don't you suppose to change the spring if you use the +2 extension?
And Isn't the spring for the +2 extension was design for 17 rounds? Will the spring be too long to be use on a 10 rounds magazine?

Note: I am in California and undecided whether to buy the PRO or NON Pro model of Q5 Match SF

Thanks
