If it's a postwar Walther or Manurhin PP in 7.65mm (.32 acp) see the chart attached to Post#2 in the following thread:

Ser# 309569 = 1961

Can't tell anything from your photo. How about posting up some additional pictures that show the pistol in its entirety, along with the serial number and other markings/stamps/proofs?
