Searcher says the circus now has an orchestra with limited seats available, grab one quick!!

153 I know and that's why I used the word "factory" in my question.

No Milspec they never put serials on the slides on Rangers.

I guess I see where u are going with that question!!

I'm just sitting back and either waiting for more "no they don't exist" from the vets or for someone to let Google magic start coming up with most definite existence possibilities! Don't you guys also have emails and phone #'s to people with real first hand experience from Walther/Interarms?

I am in total disbelief that no one here EVER knew these were made!!

Crazy!!!!

of course my slide won't be numbered to the gun, but the box label with matching serial number will say "two tone" for the finish!!

I guess some with think/say that someone counterfeited a label for it and I guess that would be possible but I don't think that's the case.

Who ever knows people who would know for sure, please ask or if you can share their info with me, I'll gladly email or call them.

Pics of my reason for believing they exist. You decide for yourself.......

Above I just did the same exact thing MGMike and others were doing and it's easy to do. When you've looked at hundreds or thousands of guns and "you" haven't seen one a certain way......I start to believe that that's the way it is and it must be true info. I myself need to be extremely careful saying things as fact when it very well maybe false. Thanks again for pointing that out, regarding the serials!!

Walther U.S.A. on the slide. That's not Interarms. It's a transitional pistol from just after the time S&W took over for the defunct Interarms in the late '90s. And, as I said previously, we already knew that S&W offered a two-tone version . . . and this is one of the earliest ones.

I mentioned it had the AAA serial which means Walther USA LLC transitional gun, but yes I mistakingly did say IA Ranger for sure. What I was attempting to convey was that it wasn't a S&W marked gun with the long tang frame. So everyone knew about these AAA two tones? I surely didnt and they got to be somewhat rare no??
