It's actually a German-marked frame that was redone (Mac's Restorations), married to an Interarms/Ranger slide. Runs like a top.

People have been cobbling "pinto" guns together since dirt was young.

It's easy as pie on a pistol like a Walther to put a blue slide on a stainless frame or the other way around. It's not so much a question of "do they exist" as did it leave the factory that way? The burden is on YOU, to "prove" your two toned Walther is a factory product and not something cobbled together in a garage workshop.
