Triple K mag for German made Walther TPH 22LR?

Has anyone had any experience with a Triple K magazine in a 22LR TPH? I only have one mag for my otherwise NIB with all accessories West German made circa 1969 TPH.

I recently took a chance with 2 new Triple K mags for my Beretta 70S 22LR and I was pleasantly surprised - no problems. (Yes - I like Berettas too).

A reply to my own post

I am new to the forum. After asking the above question, I discovered several threads on the forum that address this exact question. Most if not all of the threads seem related to the American made TPH. Mine is German. Seems that some Triple K mags work fine in some guns and others have problems. Looks like it is worth a try if original is not obtainable.

There is a lot of information on this forum - thanks to all of you who have built it.

I had a Beretta Mod 90 back in the 1990s. Only way to get a new mag for it was to buy a Triple K mag. It worked 100% for me in that gun.

Others complain about the brand. So, it can be hit or miss. Just gotta try it and see.

Thanks for the advise

I had already called Earl before I saw your message. But thanks for the advise. Your suggestion confirmed that I probably made the right decision.
