Strangee Range Session

Went to the range today with my freshly-cleaned PK380. After about 30 roudns, all of a sudden the gun went dead, a very gentle click from the hammer, not the usual snapping noise. Gun would not fire, each ejected shell(by me manually) had no mark on the primer, wouldn't even be considered a light strike. After 4-5 rounds, I just put the gun away and shot my 22.

When I got home, I field stripped the 380 and dipped the back half of the slide in rubbing alcohol, submerging the firing pin entirely. Left it for 20-30 mins, then proceeded to reclean the entire gun again, especially around the firing pin. Now the trigger has a loud snap again, will try it again next week.

Keeping my fingers crossed....

It was probably just debris in the firing pin channel. Let us know how your next range session goes.

Range session went fine, fired 50 with no issues. I think the FP channel got gummed up when I accidently hit it with some CLP.
