I have an all German made P99 .40 with no notch on locking block. The "Walther" and "P99" are laser etched while the "Smith and Wesson" on the right side of frame seems to be stamped. I've never seen one like this before.

400 rnds, 0 malfunctions. Shoots better than my HK USP .40C.

Trigger still is gritty on slow SA pull.

Gritty trigger and all, I love this gun.

One question...has anyone noticed the frame buldge on the outside next to the trigger bar when you pull the trigger? Mine does a little. Hmm.

Yup, rubs my finger, and I got smaller fingers. Theres a guy selling his for this reason. Just have to think about it and reposition...minor problem.

I donít mean the trigger guard but the actual frame- right where the "warning read safety manual" is on the right side of frame. Seems like its the trigger bar on the inside making it bulge. I love learning the idiosyncrasies of a new gun.

Hmmm, no problem there...mine does not appear to be bulging. Have you done a preganct check on yours? You might have a bunch of little P99's running around soon.
